This unit has been thoroughly tested and everything works perfectly, including battery, battery charger, electric cord, chute control, and LED light. This unit was primarily used as a demo model in our store and does have wear on the scraper bar from moving around the shop, and some light wear on the sides from storage. Some notes on the use of this product are that the cordless battery option is good up to approximately 5-inches of snow provided the snow is not too wet. Beyond this level, we would recommend switching over to the all-electric mode, which gives the motor a good bit more spin and torque. There are two safety switches on the handlebar, one for electric and one for battery operation. You need to keep this in mind when you are using, as if you push the incorrect safety switch for the mode of power you are using, the motor will not turn.
