Measure the Diameter of a crankshaft. Diameter is the distance of the center of a circle (see picture). It is very important that your new engine crankshaft’s diameter must be the same as your old engine’s in order to reuse all the pulleys and electric clutches. In this case you have to use some 1″ Inside Diameter x 1-1/8″ Outside Diameter sleeves to convert the 1″ diameter to 1-1/8″ diameter. We have these sleeves available.
