This item is out of an estate and I have not used or started it. The gas tank looks empty and clean but whether it would run is unknown. The drive axle is locked, there is no differential so both wheels turn at the same speed at the same time. That does make it a little hard to turn while rolling it around. No visable rust issues or signs of impact damage. If the starter rope is pulled it has good compression. Could use an oil change. Otherwise it appears to have limited use with no abuse. A parts book and manual came with it and included but it may not be for this exact model. I’m guessing these are a bit of a collectors item to go along with the same name tractors.
