HONDA HS622 2-STAGE TRACK SNOWBLOWER SNOWTHROWER. Reason being, Im a full time wheelchair user, so the majority of snow storms we received here on Long Island I would hire someone to clear my driveway and they would usually use their own equipment. Nonetheless it has been meticulously maintained over the years with annual oil changes and tune-ups. Actually this machine requires very little maintenance, I just recently performed an oil change using 5W-30 Premium Synthetic Oil, replaced the Spark Plug with NGK BPR5ES, and replaced the Air Filter with HONDA OEM filter. One of the nice features of this machine is that it is Direct-Drive, so there are NO belts to adjust or replace! The HONDA GX160 OHV engine purrs like a kitten and everything on the machine works perfectly. The Machine does have some light rust spots here and there, skids, bucket, auger, but is in excellent overall condition for its age (please see photos). Original Owner’s Manual is included. Dont let the small stature fool you, this machine is a Compact Power House!!! Capable of throwing snow a distance of up to 46 feet, at 35 tons per hour! The HONDA HSS622 is somewhat of a unique snowblower with its 22 wide clearing path, whereas most 2-Stage snowblowers are bigger at 24 and larger, making this snowblower very compact and agile. It is ideal for smaller driveways and walkways but has the power to handle larger ones as well. The tank-like continuous tracks give this machine excellent traction even on the steepest of slopes. The HONDA GX160 OHV Engine is linked to a solid 2-Speed Transmission with neutral and reverse gears as well. The handlebars are also height adjustable making it suitable for both shorter and taller users. This model HONDA HS622 is built in Japan you don’t see that too often these days! Fortunately parts are still easily available through any HONDA Power Equipment dealer. I have this snowblower listed locally as well.
