I don’t know how often the oil was changed in this but the fact that it starts in the first pull May indicate that it was changed often. I did change it soon after I brought it home, on the first day I brought it home. I put some Marine formula Sta-Bil in the gas tank. And I took a picture of the inside of the gas tank as well. It is not new and show signs of use and age but the place I bought it from appear to be a very well-kept facility and likely they kept this indoors. I have not cleaned it. I will keep it stored indoors as well or in my garage. Please use the pictures to help determine the condition of this item.
