I have used this for about 15 or so snowfalls and have taken good care of it. It runs well and does a good job especially for fresh snow that is not wet/slushy. I have a bunch of ego tools and they work great. I no longer know which batteries go with which tool as I have several. I will include one 5Ah battery that I know works well, and a brand new charger (I have extra ego chargers from multiple tools). Ego recommends using two batteries especially for deeper snow. I will also throw in a second 5Ah Battery for free (but please note, this second free battery has started giving me random error under heavy load conditions). It still charges and works especially on light loads and other tools. Please let me know if you have any questions.
