A very nice snowblower, original paint is very good. It looks like the guy used once or twice and I know for sure he kept it in his shed most of the time, a very nice blower. Has a brass serial tag as seen in pictures. I don’t know the actual date, but the logo on the deflector was discontinued 1968 from what I could find on Deere’s website. If you would like to see for yourself (the logo that is) I just looked up “John Deere logo history”, and the link showed up in the results. There are some scratches and dings on this (see Pictures), but it is in great condition, minimum rust on this thing. I will answer all questions I can on any day but Saturday. This is a tall style chute from an Ariens model ST-1032 snowblower. It measures 19 max height at full deflector extension, and will also fit the old style John Deere 726, 826, 832, and 1032 machines. Comes complete with deflector and all 4 bottom mounting clamps. This assembly is in good used condition and ready to work. This is a new Ariens snowblower gearbox assembly part number 52423000. This is a cast iron gearbox, but it does replace a number of the aluminum gearboxes. The auger shaft is about 1″ in diameter and they are around 10 1/4″ long on each side. The input shaft is about 3/4 in diameter. It fits a variety of different 24 inch models and replaces the following part numbers. 02423500 02428000 52401700 52407300 52403000 53208900 62407700 52408100 52402100 52422800.
