Engine would be perfect for the guy who is looking for a replacement model correct engine for his snowblower, tiller, mixer, etc or maybe for the guy who just needs a low cost 5hp side shaft motor for a generator, tiller, kart, scooter, minibike, snowblower or whatever.. Its a nice clean 5hp side shaft motor. Now heres what you will get. (1)Tecumseh 5hp model. HSSK50 side shaft horizontal engine. Engine is a horizontal shaft model with a 1 steeped down to 7/8 straight keyed shaft with tapped end. Engine is approximately 15″ from the outside of carb to outside of gas tank, 12″ from the tip of the PTO to the outside of the recoil, and 13 tall to the top of the oil filler cap.. Engine runs great and needs nothing. It ready to install and use. ENGINE ALSO HAS THE 1/2 AUXILLARY SHAFT FEATURE. As noted this engine was just pulled from a Yard Machines 5hp snowblower we are parting out with a bad gearbox, but these 5hp Tecumsehs will work in a TON of applications including snowblowers, go karts, minibikes, garden tiller’s, hovercraft fan engines, log splitter, mixer engine, snow throwers, chippers, shreaders, bar stool racers, scooters and many more.
