Here is a vintage Ariens cast iron auger gearbox with impeller from and early 10M 5HP 24 blower. These were the first vintage and have a 7/8″ auger shaft threaded at the ends which is very hard to find and was later replaced with a 1″ shaft. This has a 12″ impeller, 7/8″ auger shaft and 3/4 impeller shaft that is keyed. Spins smoothly however impeller blades are bent but can be straightened. Heavy duty cast iron auger gearbox. Augershafts greased along with rest of machine. Needs nothing, Good and ready to clear snow. This machine has now trouble with heavy wet snow. I can deliver or meet you half way somewhere. Willing to drive about 40mi. I will be away 3/21 t0 3/25 and will not be able to deliver or meet halfway.
