This item was just serviced at a local small engine shop(Mid Jan 2018) and the carb was rebuilt. It start right up. This features a EZ steer system and is very easy to turn. Snow shoot will move up and down with the lever but not left and right. It can be moved manually. I did not have this fixed because if it gets stuck, it will break and it is easier to move manually. When moving the snow shoot up and down it is best to move it manually and with the level at the same time. I have a few extra parts for this blower. It is in really good shape.
